To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RankifyPro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Service — regardless of the legal theory of liability.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all text, graphics, logos, audit logic and software, is owned by RankifyPro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent, except for normal browser caching and personal reference use.

You may freely link to RankifyPro, screenshot the audit results for your own use or for client/agency reporting, and quote up to 90 words of editorial content with attribution and a link back to the source page.

6. User-Submitted Content

If you submit a message via our contact form, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use the content of that submission solely for the purpose of replying to you. We will not publish, redistribute, or commercialise contact submissions without your express permission.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers including, without limitation, our hosting provider and Google AdSense. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers.
